That’s right! Ideator is hosting another idea competition, and the winner will walk away with $5,000 in cash and other valuable prizes.

Kara Goldin CEO, Hint Water
Kara is founder and CEO of Hint Inc., an award-winning producer of unsweetened flavored waters. As Vice President of Shopping and E-commerce Partnerships at AOL, Kara grew AOL’s shopping business from a startup to more than $1 billion in revenue in less than seven years. She has earned numerous entrepreneurial accolades, including Fortune’s “Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs” and Ernst and Young’s “Entrepreneurial Winning Women,” and was recently named by Forbes as one of the “40 Women to Watch Over 40.”

Charles is currently managing partner at Precursos Ventures and a partner with SoftTech VC, one of the most active seed stage investors in Internet and mobile startups. An expert in business development, Charles previously worked at Google, where he developed new partnership opportunities for early-stage products in the advertising, mobile, and e-commerce markets. He is also the founder of the Virtual Goods Summit and Social Gaming Summit, two of the leading conferences in the free-to-play games space, and co-founder of Bionic Panda Games, a mobile games startup.
